Exercise involves risk of injury. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or changing an exercise program, especially if you have an injury, medical condition, concerning symptoms, are pregnant, take medication affecting exercise tolerance, or have been advised to restrict physical activity.
Stop for concerning symptoms
Stop exercising and seek appropriate care for chest pain, fainting, severe shortness of breath, unusual dizziness, sudden weakness, severe pain, or other concerning symptoms.
Use recommendations carefully
Suggested loads, repetitions, set targets, readiness and recovery insights, estimated one-repetition maximums, body-weight trends, and goal dates may be incomplete or inaccurate. Use appropriate technique and equipment, respect pain and fatigue, and choose activities suitable for your abilities and environment.
