Terms of Use

HULL is a fitness logging and educational service—not medical care, emergency monitoring, or a guarantee of results.
Agreement and eligibility
By using HULL, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The current beta is intended for adults age 18 and older. If you do not agree, do not use HULL.
Limited license
ALTR Labs LLC grants you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use HULL on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple’s applicable usage rules.
No professional relationship
HULL does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, nutrition therapy, or emergency services. Use does not create a physician-patient, therapist-client, trainer-client, dietitian-client, or other professional relationship.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter; deciding whether an exercise, load, recommendation, schedule, or goal is appropriate; using proper technique and equipment; obtaining professional clearance when appropriate; supervising your environment; and stopping when conditions are unsafe.
Recommendations and availability
Suggested loads, repetitions, evidence-informed ranges, RIR interpretations, estimated one-repetition maximums, recovery insights, reminders, goal dates, and other projections are estimates that may be incomplete or wrong. HULL may be unavailable, delayed, changed, or discontinued. Individual responses vary and results are not guaranteed.
Your content
You retain ownership of workout notes, photos, measurements, and other content you provide. You authorize HULL to process that content only as needed to provide features you request. You are responsible for having the right to upload, export, or share it.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse HULL, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, reverse engineer except where law permits, submit unlawful or infringing content, impersonate another person, or use HULL to harm, harass, or mislead.
Beta software and backups
Beta features may contain defects, lose information, change without notice, or produce unexpected recommendations. Keep backups of information you cannot replace and report material issues to us.
Intellectual property
HULL software, designs, branding, written content, and original graphics are owned by or licensed to ALTR Labs LLC. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Reference to a third party does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
Disclaimers and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HULL is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or guaranteed results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALTR Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of HULL. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms, modify or discontinue features, or suspend access for material misuse. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, when appropriate, an in-app notice.
Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by Pennsylvania law, without overriding consumer protections that apply where you live. Questions may be sent to admin@joinhull.com.
